He leads the strategic direction and growth of TikTok’s commercial team and advertising business in the UK market. Kris and his team help brands connect with target audiences through short form video. He previously held roles at Facebook, WPP and Red Bull.
Simon has built a global career across agency, in-house and leading tech brands, with senior leadership roles in EMEA and the US. He worked as Global Social Media Director at Havas for Emirates Airlines and led International Creative Strategy at Snapchat for brands like Apple, Google and Amazon. He later became Vice President of Social at Huda Beauty and Managing Director of Digital at Edelman. At Spotify, he helps brands and agencies create culturally impactful work.
Roberto leads go-to-market strategy, activations, and product development for Candy Crush Saga. He has over 20 years of experience across gaming, sports, TV, and emerging tech, with senior roles at PlayStation, Sky, Tottenham Hotspur, and Roborace. He has overseen campaigns including Candy Crush All Stars and King’s music and in-game initiatives such as Crushables. He is passionate about mentoring talent and crafting fan-first strategies.
Carrie Timms joined Meta in 2021 as Director of International Marketing for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. She leads a team of over 60 developing and executing end-to-end marketing strategies across Consumer, Creator, Business and Product marketing on Meta’s platforms. Carrie has over 20 years of experience and was previously VP of Global Media, Categories and Partnerships at Unilever. She is a strong advocate for diversity, inclusion and representation.
Jo is a customer-led thinker and big ideas brand leader with 18+ years driving growth at some of the UK's most iconic digital brands, including Moonpig, Skyscanner, and now Trainline. A customer led thinker, with insight at the heart , Jo is a big believer of marketing and product partnership to building market beating propositions and campaigns. She launched the award-winning "I Came by Train" brand platform — a category-shaping initiative that reframes rail as the sustainable travel choice. She combines insight-led strategy with bold creative ideas to drive acquisition, retention, and loyalty, delivering both commercial impact and cultural change. Beyond her corporate role, Jo mentors rising marketing talent and has advised Travalyst, the Duke of Sussex's sustainable travel coalition. She brings together creative leadership and commercial results, building brands, growing customer bases, and leading high-performing teams across multiple markets.
Neil Caldicott is a marketer, coach and sustainability lead with over 25 years of experience in creative, brand and communications roles at executive level. He has worked for major UK brands including the BBC, Audible and Which? He is currently Chief Marketing Officer for Blue Light Card, leading growth strategy, brand, communications, community engagement and content production. He has also served as a trustee for the Mental Health Foundation, a non-executive director for Digital Radio UK and is a trained executive coach.
Tom is a brand strategist and marketing effectiveness expert whose writing in Marketing Week is widely read by marketers. After two decades at agencies including AMV BBDO, BBH, Leo Burnett and adam&eveDDB, he joined Jellyfish in 2021, shaping work for Google, Uber and Unilever. He has won multiple IPA and Cannes Lions effectiveness awards. Tom speaks at SXSW, Cannes and Google Think, and chairs the APG Creative Strategy Awards.
